- Scorecard photos and uploads: If you upload images of completed scorecards, we process them to extract data and generate analysis.
- Usage data: Basic analytics about how the site/app is used (e.g., page views, device type), to improve performance and reliability.
How we use information
- To provide and operate EvoGolf, including performance analysis and reporting.
- To communicate with you about waitlist status, product updates, and support requests.

Sharing and permissions
EvoGolf may allow users to grant access to their data to other users (e.g., a parent viewing a junior’s dashboard). Any sharing of performance data is controlled by the user through permissions.
Scorecard photos and uploads
Scorecard images are used to extract scorekeeping information and generate performance insights. We do not require devices during play; analysis occurs after the round when you choose to upload or enter information.

We retain information as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support@evogolf.ai. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
