EvoGolf is a performance analytics and player development platform. It does not guarantee golf outcomes or improvement. Use of the service is at your own risk.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are a minor, you may use EvoGolf only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, where required by law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
EvoGolf may be offered via auto-renewing subscriptions and optional in-app purchases (including consumables such as AI Credits). Billing and renewal are managed by the App Store under Apple’s terms. Prices may change and will be displayed at the time of purchase.
You may submit information such as scorecard data, round details, and images. You represent that you have the rights to submit such content. You retain ownership of your content, and you grant EvoGolf a limited license to process it to provide the service (e.g., extracting data from scorecard images and generating performance insights).
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EvoGolf and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the service.
We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
